Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney for our Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience and will manage cases from investigation through resolution in a collaborative environment.

You will handle diverse matters including commercial disputes, real estate, contract, employment, and tort claims; oversee pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation while working directly with clients.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, real estate, contract, employment, and tort claims.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.
• Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results.
