SIVAD Consulting seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Denver with 6–10 years of progressive litigation experience and Colorado bar admission. The role involves handling complex matters from inception through resolution, including trial or arbitration, in a hybrid Denver office.

The ideal candidate will work independently in a middle-market practice, with opportunities to grow client relationships and participate in business development. A book of business is not required.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive litigation experience.
• Admitted to the Colorado bar.
• Experience running complex matters from start to finish.
• Trial or arbitration experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a scrappy middle-market practice.
• Bonus for mechanic's lien and bond claim experience in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad mix of commercial disputes independently.
• Own matters from filing through resolution, including trial/arbitration.
• Draft high-level motions and briefs; take and defend depositions.
• Lead discovery, motion practice, and trial/arbitration prep.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with BD support.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and staff.
• Participate in business development and client relations.
