Qualifications

• Colorado bar admission is required or expected within about one month.
• Eligible to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
• Progressive litigation experience of 6–10 years in a boutique/middle-market practice.
• Experience litigating breach of contract and business tort matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and able to manage matters end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad mix of commercial disputes independently, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, lien and bond claims, and business torts.
• Own matters from initial filing through resolution, including trial or arbitration.
• Collaborate with Denver partners to support growing work volume and client relationships.
• Draft high‑level motions and briefs; take and defend depositions.
• Lead discovery, motion practice, and trial or arbitration preparation.
• Develop client relationships with firm BD support and participate in business development.
• Maintain regular client communication about case strategy and progress.
• Mentor junior associates and legal staff; manage caseloads and deadlines.
