• License to practice Property and Casualty insurance (State-issued).
• 5+ years in an insurance sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated analytics and strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet established sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Use Trucordia tools to conduct cold calls, in-person appointments and prospect presentations to close new business.
• Serve as subject matter expert in preferred area for long-term success.
• Manage a book of business to maintain high renewal rates.
• Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewals and place new business accounts.
• Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and use of sales management platform.
