Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Fresno, CA for a base salary of up to 85k per year. The role supports commercial producers with servicing, renewals, and policy submissions in a hybrid Fresno-based team.

You will manage a portfolio across industries, coordinate renewals and endorsements, and prepare proposals and renewal documents for carrier submissions. West Coast remote options are available for PT hours.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• 3+ years of account management experience.
• Experience servicing commercial lines, including renewals and endorsements.
• Ability to operate within Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts, including mid-sized to large accounts.
• Support 1–2 producers with servicing, renewals, and new business activities.
• Coordinate policy renewals, gather underwriting information, and market coverage to carriers.
• Process endorsements and servicing requests.
• Prepare proposals, coverage summaries, and renewal documentation.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters on submissions, quotes, and renewals.
• Maintain account records, policy docs, and renewal schedules.
• Service accounts across industries including transportation, construction, healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing.
