Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Fresno, CA to manage mid-sized to large commercial insurance accounts. The role supports producers with renewals, policy servicing, and carrier marketing.

The portfolio spans transportation, contracting, healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, and construction with premiums generally in the $25,000 to $100,000+ range. Fresno-based candidates have a hybrid schedule; West Coast remote options are available for

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• 3+ years of account management experience.
• Experience servicing commercial lines accounts, including renewals and endorsements, and carrier marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines insurance accounts, including mid-sized and large accounts.
• Support 1–2 producers with account servicing, renewals, and new business activities.
• Coordinate policy renewals, underwriting information gathering, and marketing to carriers.
