Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in a Commercial Lines agency required.
• Must hold a current Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 20 large Commercial Lines insurance accounts.
• Provide proactive support to high-touch clients.
• Ensure timely processing of policies and endorsements.
• Conduct complex negotiations with insurance carriers.

Skills

Expert understanding of Property & Casualty insurance

Strong communication skills

Negotiation skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

College degree (preferred)

Property & Casualty insurance license

Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU
