Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending with relevant knowledge of CRE and C&I lending.

Responsibilities

• Manage agricultural, SBA, commercial, and/or commercial real estate loans.
• Ensure the asset quality of the assigned loan portfolio.
• Solicit new customers and negotiate loan terms.
• Cross-sell other bank services to customers.
• Analyze customer credit applications.
