Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Commercial Banking Domain Expert for a part-time engagement in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on leading a large-scale lending transformation, advising on operating models, governance, and platform capabilities across the commercial lending lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has deep front- to back-office lending knowledge, hands-on experience with modern lending platforms (Salesforce FSC, nCino), and the ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

15+ years in commercial, corporate, wholesale, or institutional banking.
Deep expertise across end-to-end lending lifecycle: origination to portfolio management.
Experience leading lending transformation initiatives and platform implementations.
Strong knowledge of FSC, nCino or similar lending technologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME across the end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle.
Advise on operating models, governance, and process optimization.
Translate lending workflows into scalable data models and platform capabilities.
Support design/implementation of modern lending platforms like Salesforce FSC and related tech.
Define governance processes for delegated authority and approval workflows.
Lead working sessions with stakeholders to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
Ensure lending processes support portfolio management, reporting, and distribution requirements.
