Slalom is seeking a Commercial Banking Domain Expert for a part-time engagement in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on leading a large-scale lending transformation, advising on operating models, governance, and platform capabilities across the commercial lending lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has deep front- to back-office lending knowledge, hands-on experience with modern lending platforms (Salesforce FSC, nCino), and the ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a senior Commercial Banking Domain Expert to support a large-scale lending transformation program for a leading global financial institution. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, bringing deep expertise across the commercial lending lifecycle to help redesign business processes, operating models, and lending capabilities on a modern technology platform.
The ideal candidate combines extensive hands‑on experience in commercial, corporate, or institutional banking with a strong understanding of how lending processes translate into workflow, governance, data models, and platform design. This individual will partner closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, and technology stakeholders to modernize lending operations while preserving sound banking practices and controls.
