Rogue Credit Union seeks a Commercial Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of lending relationships, ensuring health, risk control, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Relationship Managers and Credit teams to monitor performance and mitigate risk across the portfolio.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial lending, risk assessment, and collateral evaluation, with travel to regions as needed and a focus on maintaining sound credit quality and documented practices.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial lending, portfolio management, or related financial institutional experience.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or vendor training.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending principles and credit risk.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial lending relationships and monitor borrower performance, financial condition, collateral, and overall credit quality.
• Identify emerging credit risks, maintain accurate risk ratings, analyze portfolio trends, and communicate significant changes in credit risk.
• Support risk mitigation by collaborating with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and leadership to develop action plans and ensure timely remediation.
• Monitor maturities of commercial loans and lines of credit; evaluate structures and address renewals, extensions, or refinancings.
• Oversee collateral documentation and compliance with covenants; coordinate with specialists and analysts to resolve issues.
• Identify potential deposit, treasury management, and other Business Services opportunities while delivering exceptional member service with credit discipline.
• Stay current on applicable regulations and loan policies; support audits, regulatory exams, and loan reviews.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
