Responsibilities include growing the market, maintaining a quality loan portfolio, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial lending experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit, loan structure, and portfolio management.
• Relationship-driven approach with a track record of developing business.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
• Genuine interest in supporting local businesses and communities.

Responsibilities
