You will inherit an existing portfolio and work with CRE, C&I, construction, and land development lending, with emphasis on risk-underwriting and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial lending experience.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Experience across CRE, C&I, construction, and land development lending.
• Strong underwriting, credit analysis, and risk management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Fredericksburg, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and close a variety of commercial loans including CRE, C&I, construction, land development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, real estate professionals, and community leaders.
• Proactively generate new loan opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Manage credit risk through underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio monitoring.
• Collaborate with credit administration and bank leadership to ensure loan quality and compliance.
• Represent the bank at community events and business functions.
