Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate, agricultural lending, and C&I lending.
• Proven business development skills to identify prospects and generate lending opportunities.
• Strong financial analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring skills.
• Established relationships in local business/agriculture communities desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a commercial loan portfolio through proactive business development and community involvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business owners, agricultural customers, CRE investors, and community stakeholders.
• Identify lending opportunities across CRE, agriculture, and C&I lending.
• Evaluate loan requests, analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, and structure financing solutions.
• Manage and grow an existing loan portfolio while maintaining sound credit quality.
