Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is hiring for a skilled Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment technician.

The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing walk-in freezers, HVAC systems, and cooking equipment across the southeast, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and customer service. Candidates should have 5–10+ years in the listed trades, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years’ experience in Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/coolers and ice machines)
• 5-10+ years’ experience in Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhausts systems, building balancing)
• 5-10+ years’ experience in Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers)
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

What We're Looking For

• 5-10+ years’ experience in :
• Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/cooler s and ice machines)
• Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhausts systems, building balancing, etc.)
• Commercial Cooking Equipment ( fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc. )
• A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems , refrigeration units and hot side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A bility to pass a background check
