Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. in Bradenton, FL seeks an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our field team.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, and related cooking equipment, working with restaurant and retail clients. Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration service and repair.
• EPA or other relevant certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and electrical diagnostic skills.
• A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and other restaurant and retail systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.

What You’ll Do
