Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing commercial cooking equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work in tight, high-temperature kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues on commercial cooking equipment.
• Connect and set up new industrial equipment.
• Execute routine inspections and cleaning to minimize downtime for clients.
• Maintain a well-stocked service vehicle and document all service calls.
• Clearly explain repair findings to kitchen managers.

Skills

Proficiency in reading electrical schematics
