Frontier, a fully remote talent agency, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Underwriter to support Risk Advisors across multiple US commercial lines. The role emphasizes accuracy, coordination with carriers, and hands-on underwriting coordination to ensure seamless client service.

Qualifications

• Strong experience servicing U.S. commercial insurance accounts.
• Direct collaboration with carriers and underwriters on commercial lines.
• Experience with manually underwritten policies and placement workflows.
• Solid knowledge of GL, Commercial Property, WC, Auto, and Umbrella.
• Experience handling renewals, endorsements, COIs, and related servicing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational and account servicing support for Risk Advisors.
• Prepare, review, and process submissions, quotations, renewals, and policy changes.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters on new business and subjectivities.
• Support placement and servicing of commercial policies across lines.
• Prepare COIs, endorsements, and other documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure workflow efficiency.
