Job summary

HUB International seeks a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager in Oklahoma City to manage a book of property/casualty clients, maintain relationships, and support retention. You will collaborate with Producers and Account Executives, negotiate with underwriters, and ensure accurate processing of all transactions.

A strong client-focus and ability to lead complex client discussions are essential. Required: 5+ years in brokerage account management, Large Commercial experience, and a valid P&C

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an Account Manager role in brokerage environment.
• Large Commercial Account experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• P&C License required or able to obtain within 120 days from hire.
• Advanced professional designation preferred (e.g. AAI, ARM, CIC, CPCU)

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business with independent discretion and decision-making.
• Primary contact for large or complex clients; leads client discussions and presentations.
• Possesses deep technical product knowledge including lines and coverages.
• Helps develop client strategy with Account Executives and Producers or independently.
• Provides professional service to clients, carrier reps, underwriters, and HUB colleagues to achieve retention goals.
• Oversees preparation and processing of transactions, paperwork, and internal systems for assigned accounts.
• Owns and grows relationships with key clients and supports retention efforts.
