Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct day-to-day activities of support staff and accounts team.
• Policy Management: Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Task Processing: Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related documents.
• New and Renewal Business Support: Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, bind coverage, issue policies.
• Contract Review: Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Accounts Receivable: Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• System Maintenance: Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communication: Maintain frequent updates with the account team.
• Service Excellence: Deliver proactive service and respond quickly to requests.
