About the Role

The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager job opening involves leading client management duties for a VIP book of business. This active book includes many long-standing legacy accounts. The role requires high organization, direct workflow management, delegation to account coordinators, and stepping in on escalated issues as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery of services
  • Handle client inquiries and manage daily account responsibilities such as coverage, billing, collections, policy changes, and application completion
  • Coordinate with carriers and provide status updates on new business, renewal pricing, and coverage options

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in account management
  • Proficiency with P&C package policies including general liability, property, auto, workers compensation, and professional liability
  • Active state insurance license
