Job summary

Work With Your Handz LLC in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician (Level 3 or Level 4) to service high‑stakes commercial systems across the Greensboro and Central/East NC region. You will diagnose, service, and repair Trane IntelliPak units, boilers, air‑cooled chillers, and CRAC systems, while communicating with managers and dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Must have 7–10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience for Level 3 or 10+ years for Level 4.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair Trane IntelliPak, boilers, chillers, and CRAC systems.
• Active EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 certification; valid driver's license.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to use BuildOps CRM on a mobile device.
• Commitment to safety, EOS values, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair complex commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate clearly with facility managers, owners, dispatchers, and leads.
• Log job details and manage work orders using BuildOps CRM on a company device.
• Work from a company vehicle, dispatching from home to sites across the region.
• Maintain safe sites, following OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocols.
