Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex commercial systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC electrical systems, controls, and refrigeration cycles.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions and repair needs.
