Cortez Heating & Air is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems for our commercial customers. You will ensure safe, efficient operation and provide top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC service experience required (5–10 years).
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Clean driving record and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, VRF/VRV, and boilers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
• Document work with digital tickets and accurate labor hours.
• Troubleshoot DDC/BAS controls and read wiring diagrams.
• Ensure EPA compliance and safety standards.
