Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking a Commercial Service Technician III in Mishawaka, IN to diagnose and service rooftop HVAC, boilers, and ventilation equipment. You will communicate with customers, follow safety practices, and perform maintenance with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of HVAC experience, valid licenses, and strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. The role requires reliable attendance and willingness to train others as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 4+ years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by local laws or regulations for Mishawaka, IN area.
• Proficient at servicing commercial rooftop HVAC equipment, boilers, ventilation, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on commercial rooftop HVAC equipment following safety protocols.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment to prevent premature failures and perform routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
