Job summary

Precision Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Illinois. This role is ideal for a technician with strong commercial experience who wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial systems, perform preventative maintenance, and work on RTUs, boilers, pumps, and air handlers while documenting findings and communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Commercial HVAC equipment experience required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Service RTUs, boilers, pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Document findings, recommendations, and completed work.
• Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel.
• Work alongside senior technicians on complex service calls and larger projects.
