Job summary

ABM is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician III to service commercial clients across the Austin/Houston area. This field-based role is dispatched from home, offering independence to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and perform preventive maintenance and high-quality repairs.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, EPA Universal Certification, and solid electrical and mechanical knowledge. Valid driver's license and ability to lift equipment are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs and large packaged units
• Perform preventive maintenance and service repairs for contracted customers
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using industry-standard tools
• Service large-tonnage equipment 100+ tons
• Document work performed and communicate clearly with customers
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards
