Job summary
R. Brooks Mechanical is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will serve as a technical resource for customers and fellow technicians and take pride in doing the job right.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigeration issues on commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filters, coils, lubrication, belts, and refrigerant checks.
- Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.
- Assist with mentoring, training, and teaching junior R. Brooks technicians.
