Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, wiring, and humidity regulation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building automation systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for maintenance needs.
