Kemco Facilities Services is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician for New Roads, Louisiana. You will diagnose, repair, install and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on rooftops, splits, packages, exhausts, and related systems.
• Install, replace, and commission HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical control systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior technicians.
