Job summary

U.S. Engineering Service is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain heating and cooling equipment for commercial settings. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, startups, and on-site repairs while coordinating with customers and engineers.

A UA Apprenticeship, 5 years of HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license are preferred. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to codes, and strong customer communication as part of delivering

Qualifications

• 5 years’ service experience specific to Commercial and Industrial HVAC.
• Experience with chillers and boilers a plus.
• Successful completion of a UA Apprenticeship Program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships with new and existing customers.
• Serve as liaison between engineers and owners’ representatives during commissioning.
• Provide preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot units and replace defective parts.
• Repair refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and control systems.
• Perform on-site installations and coordinate work with customers.
