Job summary

Air Control Concepts’ Mechanical & Plumbing Systems division seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Royse City, TX. You’ll install, service, and start up a wide range of HVAC systems under the Service GM guidance, delivering top-tier service and creating positive customer experiences.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support mission-critical cooling. Candidates need 7+ years’ experience, EPA Universal Certification, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with chillers, hydronic systems, VRF, RTUs, boilers or mission-critical cooling systems preferred.
• Startup and commissioning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Startup, commissioning, and service of commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization.
• Support mission-critical cooling systems.
• Complete detailed service documentation and reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in professional environments.
