R. Brooks Mechanical is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician in Maryland to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You’ll serve as a technical resource for customers and fellow technicians.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HVAC service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigeration issues on commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks.
• Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.
• Assist with mentoring, training, and teaching the next generation of R. Brooks service technicians.
