Silver State Refrigeration & HVAC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician for Las Vegas, NV and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes service, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC/R and kitchen equipment in industrial environments.

Pay ranges from $30 to $45 per hour depending on experience. Candidates must have EPA 608 certification or progress toward it, own basic tools, and be willing to work on weekends or outside hours as needed. A company vehicle with gas card is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC/R service preferred.
• EPA Universal 608 certification or progress toward it required.
• Own tools required; company provides some tools and vehicle with gas card.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose issues, leaks, electrical, and mechanical failures.
• Perform routine maintenance and system start-ups per manufacturer specs.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to install equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to meet specs and safety standards.
