CoolSys is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician in Austin, TX to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a range of HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role requires 5+ years of commercial experience, EPA Certification, and the ability to work safely in varied environments.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer relations, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration experience.
• Active EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment including air conditioning, motors, boilers, walk-in coolers/freezers, and related systems.
