Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Texas driver’s license and pass MVR driving record check – must meet eligibility requirements for CCISD motor vehicle insurance.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• HVAC License (or equivalent certification per state requirements required.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC components.
• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues to minimize downtime.
• Schedule and manage repair projects with contracted vendors.
• Mentor and supervise HVAC personnel and assign work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping.
