Job summary

Airo Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Commercial Installer to lead installation projects for our commercial HVAC customers under the direction of the Project Manager. You will guide a team of installers, coordinate with clients, and ensure quality and safety throughout the install process.

You'll bring proven HVAC installation experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of codes and Procore. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to delivering comfortable outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional multi-family education preferred.
• Procore knowledge and HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects for commercial HVAC projects as assigned by Project Manager.
• Provide leadership to Commercial Installers including job directions, training, coaching and QA.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are available and sequenced for installation.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers for efficient, quality installs.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation and ensure safety standards.
