Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification required; OSHA 10 ticket required.
• EPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance including belt adjustments, oiling, greasing and cleaning of equipment.
• Interprets engineering drawings for layout, location and operation of systems.
• Represents the company positively to trades, contractors and owners.
• Advises owner/representative of preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
