Cigna Global Health Benefits is seeking a Commercial Effectiveness Senior Analyst to link sales, client management, marketing, and operations with data and analytics. You will drive programs from planning to execution, ensuring governance, and tracking outcomes across regions.

You will translate reporting requirements into actionable insights, validate outputs, and improve data quality across vendor platforms and BI applications while coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, client operations, vendor management, reporting, or related function.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Attention to data accuracy and timely delivery across systems and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional commercial growth and optimization programs from planning through phased execution.
• Translate reporting needs into insights, validate outputs, and improve data quality across tools.
• Standardize intake, tracking, and data-validation processes across regions and functions.
• Conduct opportunity sizing, segmentation, and market analyses to guide priorities.
• Maintain client and prospect data sets and strengthen dashboards with Data and Analytics teams.
• Prepare executive updates and presentations for leadership meetings and steering committees.
• Own the NPS program cadence, communications, and pulse survey planning.
• Identify practical AI use cases and support adoption with governance and data protection.
