Qualifications

• Experience supporting a sales organization or commercial finance.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strategic insight across business topics.
• Strong data analysis and ability to deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present data clearly.
• Collaborative with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a key finance stakeholder in contract negotiation and approvals.
• Analyze performance and identify levers for growth and profitability.
• Partner with Sales Directors on regional strategies.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for regional projects and initiatives.
• Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Present regional results to executives with high-level commentary.
• Develop processes and controls to enable scalable growth.
