Job summary

Pinnacle Staffing Group in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems across the Las Vegas Valley.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience, strong plumbing skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong plumbing troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and reactive maintenance on commercial facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Perform minor electrical repairs, lighting maintenance, and fixture replacements.
• Complete drywall, painting, carpentry, plaster, and general handyman repairs.
• Repair and maintain doors, hardware, intercoms, and building fixtures.
• Perform ceiling tile, wall tile, and flooring repairs.
• Assist with HVAC inspections, filter changes, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and service calls.
• Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
• Assist with fire and health code corrections and safety-related repairs.
• Perform demolition, disposal, and remodeling support as needed.
• Troubleshoot phone lines, LAN cables, and related facility systems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance documentation.
• Operate safely while following company policies and OSHA standards.
• Provide professional customer service while interacting with tenants, property managers, and business owners.
