Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating platforms (ProEst, Sage Estimating, Building Connected).
• Deep understanding of means, methods, materials, and market conditions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for commercial and government projects.
• Lead end-to-end bid process from scope review to submission.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure realistic and executable estimates.
• Review subcontractor proposals for competitiveness and alignment; identify risks and mitigation.
• Refine estimating processes and cost databases to improve accuracy.
