The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial estimating experience, strong takeoff and cost-analysis skills, and a track record in ground-up projects. Collaboration with owners, architects, and vendors is essential for successful bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong ability to develop accurate estimates, budgets, scopes, and bid proposals.
• Thorough understanding of subcontractor costs, labor, pricing, and margins.
• Experience soliciting, reviewing, leveling, and negotiating subcontractor bids.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and price estimates for commercial projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate bids.
• Contribute to accurate cost projections and project profitability.
• Manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
