Qualifications

• 3+ years of working knowledge in preconstruction and estimating for a general contractor.
• Experience in bidding for ground-up commercial construction projects having minimum $5M project value.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all estimates, schedules, and cost report planning are completed with adherence to schedule.
• Communicate with the Owner, Architect/Engineers and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
