Job summary

Godot Consulting Group in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Sr Commercial Escrow Officer to join a dynamic Title Insurance team. You will manage a portfolio of commercial escrow transactions and deliver high-level service to brokers and clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of commercial escrow experience, with the ability to work across multi-state transactions and learn modern title production technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience considered.
• Ability to shift priorities easily.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn modern title production procedures and technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial accounts.
• Maintain escrow records and act as escrow agent.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial customers and brokers and develop referrals.
• Maintain records in the escrow accounting system and customer database.
• Review escrow reports to ensure accuracy of posted escrow transactions.
• Capable of managing multi-state and multi-site transactions.
