Job summary

Relocation within the US is available; the role involves managing NPI, VAVE, Certification and Sustaining functions, and coordinating globally across locations including Syracuse, Highland, Pune.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution required.
• Master's Degree preferred in Engineering, Engineering Management, or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Works with VP of Engineering to maintain and execute a 3-year technology roadmap.
• Directly oversees Engineering functions across the Commercial platform: NPI, VAVE, Certification and Sustaining.
• Maintains an engaged workforce and motivates Commercial Engineering teams.
• Partners with Global Product Line Managers to drive project execution and milestones.
• Aligns platform objectives with overall business strategy and standardizes Eaton engineering elements.
