Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Draft and respond to initial pleadings and discovery.
• Navigate and manage all aspects of discovery disputes.
• Conduct and manage fact and expert discovery, including e-discovery strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage litigation independently or as a team with sound judgment.
