Job summary

Lumicity in Connecticut seeks a Senior Project Manager with a strong commercial drywall background to lead multiple projects from preconstruction through completion. You will coordinate closely with PMs, engineers, field teams, and clients to keep work on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of commercial drywall project management, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering quality, safe projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial drywall / interior construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with project values up to $15M.
• Oversee projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate closely with PMs, Project Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
