Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Hangers and Framers to join our Southeast teams. The role involves hanging walls and ceilings to high standards, coordinating with GCs, and mentoring less experienced installers on site.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of production finishing experience, familiarity with stilts and ladders, and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in production finishing, specialized in drywall.
• Comfort working on stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders.
• Safety procedures compliance and reliable teamwork.
• Clear verbal and written communication; dependability.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall hanging as a team and independently when needed.
• Hang walls, ceilings, and top-out; demonstrate each step.
• Use tools: screw-guns, lifting wedge, roto-zips, rasps, T-square.
• Inspect framing surfaces for plumb/square and correct as needed.
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors on project expectations.
• Patch/repair drywall to like-new appearance.
• Instruct and inspect quality produced walls and ceilings.
