Precision Walls, Inc. in Asheville, NC is seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Hangers and Framers to join our team. You will perform drywall hanging, top-out, ceilings, and coordinate with GC and subs to meet project timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of production finishing experience, can safely use tools and ladders, and lead less experienced installers on site. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 3 years of experience with production finishing and be a specialist in the field.
• Ability to work safely with stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders.
• Compliant with safety procedures and team-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Perform all steps of drywall hanging as a team.
• Hang walls, top-out, ceilings and demonstrate each task.
• Use screw-guns, lifting wedge, roto-zips, rasps, and T-square.
• Inspect framing surfaces and mark corrections before starting.
• Work independently on jobsites and oversee less experienced installers.
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors on project expectations.
• Instruct and inspect quality walls or ceilings.
• Identify and resolve site conflicts before blocks in plan.
• Patch/repair existing drywall to like-new appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
